Martini Loft

I don't know if the Martini Loft was inundated with KC Beer Blog readers or more likely a simple Google search led the management at the Aladdin Hotel to write us and tell us our post (I think the first thing I wrote on this blog) was horribly outdated. I have no doubt that it was. What I didn't know was that they have a seasonal martini menu. Seriously, why doesn't every martini bar do this? So I'm going to post their spring martini menu here.

Sweet Summer Martinis

Captain Morgan spiced rum, fresh mango yogurt puree, Indian spices

Lassi is a traditional Indian beverage made from mangoes, yogurt, curry, cumin, cardamom, and white pepper. This drink is sweet, balanced and refreshing, made to be enjoyed in the summer months.

I'd like to point out that if you feed Barbie enough Barbie Does it Sideways martinis, Barbie will do it every way. Also, the Martini Loft has a happy hour from 4-6 and a reverse happy hour from 9-11 Monday thru Friday where you can get 1/2 price appetizers which includes; crab cake provencal, spinach and artichoke dip, BBQ chicken flatbread, and the zebra room flatbread. I haven't been over to the Martini Loft in a while, but I'm sure to get over there again in the near future to make sure they've worked out the kinks from my original venture. Also, this is the perfect place to go for a cocktail before or after a Sprint Center event. Hardly anyone knows about this little gem of a cocktail lounge and you're going to get a fine cocktail.
