KC Bier Company's 1st Anniversary Week of Events
Hot on the heels of the anniversary parties for Green Room Burgers & Beer and Martin City Brewing Company, KC Bier Co is up for their 1st anniversary party. They're doing it big this year for their first one too, and have lots of events planned out for the whole week long all over town.As you all probably know, I'm a big fan of KC Bier Co and what they're doing. I think they got most everything right this first year with the beers they made, the type of atmosphere they've fostered at their brewhouse and biergarten, and the great events they've had through the year. My fandom also probably has something to do with the fact that my wife and I like to dress up in our Trachten and sing German drinking songs. It's always good to have a couple other people around doing the same. Congratulations for making it through your first year and ein Prosit auf noch viele mehr!

Sunday, February 15th - 6pm
Limestone Pizza (814 Mass. St. Lawrence, KS) will feature a Tap Take Over and Bier Dinner. Tickets are $45 plus tax and gratuity. Call 785-856-2825 to reserve your seat.
Monday, February 16th
Tanners Bar and Grill will host a “Buy the Bier, Keep the Glass” night in all of their JoCo locations (12906 W 87th Street Pkwy Lenexa, KS; 10146 W 119th Street Overland Park, KS; 14337 Metcalf Ave Overland Park, KS; and 22374 W 66th Street Shawnee, KS)
Tuesday, February 17th - 6pm
Rock and Run Brewery (110 E. Kansas St. Liberty, MO) will host a Tap Take Over starting at 6pm
Wednesday, February 18th - 7pm
Dietrich’s Modern German Cuisine and Biergarten (1313 NE Douglas St. Lee’s Summit, MO) will feature a German themed Bier Dinner. Tickets are $40 and can be reserved by calling 816-524-5307
Thursday, February 19th - 7:30pm
Alamo Drafthouse (1400 Main St. Kansas City, MO) will host a Tap Take Over/Movie Night featuring “The World’s End”. There will be a 12 Bier flight available for purchase called “The Golden Mile Bier Flight” paired with the movie. Tickets for the movie are $10 and can be reserved at the Alamo Drafthouse box office or online at www.drafthouse.com/kansas_city/mainstreet
Friday, February 20th - 4pm
Bier Station (120 E. Gregory Blvd. Kansas City, MO) will host a Tap Take Over starting at 4pm
Saturday, February 21st - 11am-11pm
KC Bier Co will host a party in their Bier Hall (310 W. 79th St. Kansas City, MO) with live music, souvenir 1 year anniversary glassware available for sale, brewery tours at 1:00 and 5:00pm and specialty Biers tapped throughout the entire day. This all day party starts at 11:00am and goes till 11:00pm.
