Flying Saucer Beer Menu

After some extensive research (Ok, Coreyo sent me a link, you caught me) I have found the KC Flying Saucer's beer menu. My heart broke a little when I didn't find anything from Dogfish Head. I had braced myself for that possibility since it isn't available anywhere in Missouri (stupid 3 tiered liquor distribution system). I'm going to have a major conflict in my life when I have to drink a Bud Light to get my name in the ring of honor.

  1. Wow, surprised and a little excited to see Genny Cream on the list! Classic American ass-swill that I really miss.

  2. While I'm not about to take the time to count, that looks like more than 200 beers on that list, so I bet you can make it without subjecting yourself to the horrors of that ass in a can.

  3. If nothing else, they say they rotate in and out seasonals, so pick up a few extras when they rotate out Zon for Bobs, Nutcracker and Irish...as well as a few of the other seasonals on the list. Either that, or hold and have a protest when you're at 199 with only a Bud Light to go

  4. Brent, If they do it like Old Chicago, they consider Zon and Bob's and such one beer, Boulevard seasonal. BTW, that is one of the things I hate about Old Chicago's beer club.

Lee, I thought you had to drink one of each beer to make the ring of honor.

  5. I suppose it's possible that it might vary from one location to another, but here in Austin 200 different beers is the target.

Sadly, despite the fact that it's only a couple of miles from my house, I'm only five beers into it. Man, having a loving family with which I must spend time really sucks. ;-)

  6. Bull-
That is completely incorrect about Old Chicago's Beer Tour. The seasonals get counted individually and during the mini-tours you can re-drink beers you've already done and get the credit.
