Stone Brewing Company coming to Kansas


Fresh..or should I say DEVASTATINGLY FRESH (I'm so sorry) out of my e-mail inbox, Stone Brewing Company has announced that starting July 22nd, their beers will be available in Kansas, distributed through Central States Beverage Company in the Kansas City area. The year-round beers that will initially be available in Kansas include:


Stone Pale Ale
Stone Smoked Porter
Stone IPA
Stone Levitation Ale
Stone Ruination IPA
Arrogant Bastard Ale
OAKED Arrogant Bastard Ale
Stone Cali-Belgique IPA
Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous Ale

In addition to these, Kansas will receive Stone special releases throughout the year.

As was the case with their Missouri launch, Stone has a number of Kansas City events planned so they can introduce their beers to the other side of the state line. Dubbed 'Stone Week Kansas', here are the local events taking place:


Monday, July 22 - Barley’s Brewhaus Overland Park - 4-5:30pm

Join Stone Brewing Co. Lead Brewer Jeremy Moynier as he teaches beer school that’s guaranteed to be educational and tasty. Students will sample select year-round release beers, including:

Stone IPA
Stone Levitation Ale
Arrogant Bastard Ale
Stone Cali-Belgique IPA
