Expanded beer list, Deschutes pairings at Julian

From creating an exclusive sour beer with New Belgium to beer dinners and interactive dry-hopping sessions, Julian's Celina Tio has gone out of her way to show her dedication to and enthusiasm for craft beer. That dedication has a been further solidified with a couple recent announcements Tio made.

First, Julian has expanded its beer list. Now your beer choices include:

In addition to the expanded beer list, Tio is resurrecting her Deschutes beer pairings that she did at Royal Liquor during Base Camp week. She's reformatting them as a beer tasting/dinner for two that you can order at any time. Starting tomorrow, $55 gets you one bottle of each Deschutes beer listed below and the corresponding dishes:

Deschutes Twilight paired with chilled roasted red pepper soup with smoked portobellos
Deschutes Mirror Pond paired with house smoked salmon on "deviled egg" crostini
Deschutes Inversion paired with mussels with house made beef chorizo, red onions and house fries
Deschutes Black Butte Porter with cocoa panna cotta with spicy creme fraiche

If you are interested in adding on another round of each of the four beers, you can do so for an additional $15, or single bottles are available for $5.
